The validity period, number of seats and applicable versions follow the plan description at the time of purchase. 3. Refunds Software is a digital product that can be used immediately after delivery. Refunds are not provided for reasons other than product quality; your statutory rights are not affected. If the software has a quality defect that cannot be resolved by an update or technical support, please contact us through the contact details on this site. 4. Orders Purchased through Creem For orders purchased through Creem, your contract is with Creem and the Creem Buyer Terms (https://www.creem.io/buyer-terms) apply; these terms supplement them as product-specific terms, and the Creem Buyer Terms prevail in case of conflict. 5. Restrictions You may not crack, reverse engineer or resell the software license, or otherwise circumvent license restrictions. We may disable licenses used in violation of these terms. 6. Changes We may update these terms for business or legal reasons; updates are published on this page.
